This Hunan Heicha from Anhua county brews up a light, clean vegetal liquor over several great infusions. The leaves are large and relatively intact, and the column of tea is not too densely compressed. Like other Hunan heicha tea, this responds very well to gongfu brewing but is also brewed for very long periods of time, in a tea thermos or teapot, adding more hot water as you drink it.
